1. Nature of Products

Printshore provides custom printing and/or digital services. Many of our products are:

  • Made-to-order
  • Customized based on customer specifications

Because of this, returns may be limited.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item/design/quantity)

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original condition (where applicable)
  • Proof (photos/videos) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Correctly printed custom orders approved by the customer
  • Minor color variations (due to screen vs print differences)
  • Orders with customer-provided incorrect details
  • Digital products or downloadable files (once delivered)
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

4. Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

In some cases, we may offer:

  • Replacement instead of refund
  • Store credit

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled:

  • Within 12–24 hours of placing the order
  • Only if production has not yet started

Once printing or processing begins, cancellation is not possible.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover return shipping costs
  • Otherwise, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us for assistance

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We do not offer exchanges for design changes or personal preferences.


9. Additional Redress Option (EU Only)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and are not satisfied with how your return, refund, or complaint has been handled, you have the right to seek further resolution.
